Run your tennis academy without paper registers.
Yes, really.
Playmore gives sports academies what they’ve always been missing: online sign-ups, class pass payments and coach timetables in one place — no spreadsheets, no phone calls.
Running an academy shouldn’t look like this
Sign-ups over Messenger, payments in cash
Parents sign their kids up over WhatsApp and pay cash at reception. You keep the register in a notebook — and every month you chase whoever hasn’t paid for their class pass.
Coach timetables are a coordination nightmare
One coach is free on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but only until 5pm. Group A on courts 1–2, group B on court 3. Every change means phone calls and chaos.
Parents want updates, but you have no system
Is there a class tomorrow? What time? Is the coach coming? You answer the same questions 20 times a week on WhatsApp.
Everything a sports academy needs
One system for sign-ups, payments, timetables and parent communication — no spreadsheets required.
Online class sign-ups
Parents and players sign up in the app or through a widget on your academy’s website — no phone calls, no Messenger.
Class pass payments
Monthly or multi-session passes that renew automatically. No more chasing who hasn’t paid.
Coach timetables
Class schedules, court availability and groups — all in one place, with no clashes.
Automatic reminders
SMS or push notification the day before class. No more no-shows because someone “forgot”.
Class history for every student
Attendance, payments and coach notes — a full profile of every student in one place.
Group messaging
Tell a whole group about a cancelled class or a change of court in one click.
Goodbye Excel and Messenger
Most sports academies run on paper registers, Excel sheets and messaging apps. Not by choice — there simply wasn’t a better option. Now there is.
- Online sign-ups instead of Messenger and texts
- Automatic payments — no cash, no chasing “who hasn’t paid”
- Coach timetables without clashes or phone calls
- Parents see the schedule in the app
- Group notifications in one click
