Price: plans by number of courts

CourtReserve publishes three plans: Launch at $199 a month for up to 8 courts, Advance at $369 for 16, and Momentum at $549 for 32, each cheaper with annual billing. All include unlimited members and reservations. API access starts at Advance; a fully branded app needs Momentum plus a $499 setup fee and a one-year contract.

Many extras are paid add-ons at $25 a month each, including access control and DUPR/USTA integrations, and Flex Leagues is $99 a month. Card payments go through Stripe at 2.9% + $0.30 or SafeSave at 2.89% + $0.30.

Admins like it, players less so

On Capterra, club staff rate CourtReserve about 4.7 out of 5, praising depth on the admin side and frequent updates, with a learning curve as the main complaint. The member app tells a different story: around 2.8 on the US App Store and 2.4 on Google Play, with complaints about notifications and waitlists.

For a membership club the admin side matters most. For a pay-and-play venue, the player app is where every booking happens, so it is worth testing it as a player before you choose.

Europe, the UK and Ireland

CourtReserve's $54M growth investment in October 2025 was announced with a focus on North America. Its Stripe integration works in the UK and much of the EU, but we found no published support for other currencies, languages or European payment methods, and the iOS app lists English only. If you run a club in Europe, ask about these before signing.
